The Cookbook Club - AGAK-AGAK

They will have a menu based on dishes from AGAK-AGAK by Sham Hanifa. This is an event not to be missed as it will be an exclusive first look inside AGAK-AGAK before it hits the shelves in late July. The menu will be carefully crafted by Sham Hanifa for the event at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin.​​​​ Expect a mouth-watering menu of dishes that incorporate all the flavours of Chef Hanifa’s diverse heritage, which includes Chinese, Thai, Indian, and Malay influences.

Guests will receive a signed copy of AGAK-AGAK to bring home with them to try out the recipes for themselves before anyone else. Throughout the event they will be sharing memories, cooking tips, as well as stories about the journey of making AGAK-AGAK with Chef Hanifa.
