Yoga Workshop

The Yoga Clann was founded by sisters Clodagh and Aoife and are committed to ancient healing practices that merge Celtic and Eastern teachings and philosophies. They offer practices that honour the natural cycles of the body and the Earth. They are both fully qualified yoga teachers in many styles to include, vinyasa, restorative, hot, meditation and breathwork.

This gentle paced vinyasa workshop is suitable for all levels. It will be an inclusive yoga practice infused with Summer energy. Flowing yoga postures called asana, building strength, felexibility and focus and finishing with a restorative rest in savasana.
