Immerse yourself this Winter, with a 2-hour "Create Your Own Christmas Gin" experience. Surrounded by a scores of botanicals and fragrant notes of Christmas, our expert hosts will take you on a journey through the history of gin with a merry twist.

Indulge in a sensory experience, while you select the perfect botanicals to infuse into your Christmas gin creation. As your copper pot-still bubbles away, savour seasonal bites, paired with our signature Ha’Penny and Míl G&Ts. Once your gin is distilled, you will check the alcohol strength, gaining approval from their in-house experts. You'll then seal the 70cl bottle before adding a personalised label, making it the perfect gift or treat to enjoy during the cosy winter nights by the fireplace.
