Festive Food Demo with Chef Mickael Viljanen of Chapter One

This festive evening promises culinary inspiration and expert wine pairings, while supporting the Belvedere College Access Programme (BCAP). Mickael will showcase his expertise with tips on creating delicious food for the festive season, while James will be on hand to recommend perfect wine pairings to accompany Mickael's dishes. On the night, Mickael will be incorporating some produce from Belvedere College’s Urban Farm.
