Forest Bathing Experience: Spring Equinox Celebration

As the Celtic Wheel continues to turn and we move further into the brighter half of the year, we can let go of things that no longer serve us, slow down and awaken our senses in the forest.

The experience will end with a tea circle, giving participants the opportunity to mindfully taste some delicious chocolate, sip on herbal tea and explore a native Irish tree oracle for some food for thought.
