A Forage and Eco Printing Workshop

Meet at the Tea Rooms of Killiney Hill where they will guide you on a foraging stroll through the woodlands to the obelisk at the top of the hill. After soaking up the stunning views of Dublin Bay you will head back down to the Druids Chair Pub, for the eco printing segment of the session. Each participant will then arrange their collected leaves onto a piece of Irish linen to be steamed in a pot. The natural pigments from the plants are released onto the textile during the heating process, capturing the intricate details, dyes and unique shape of the leaves. A superb way to create your own nature inspired memento of a wonderful day out in Dublin!
