Sano Pizza

Sano Pizza is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria located in Temple Bar, Dublin City. They use ovens imported from Naples, trained Neapolitan Pizzaiolos and only the freshest mix of local and Italian ingredients.

The idea for Sano Pizza came about after the MacHugh twin brothers visited Naples. All pizzas in Naples are made the Neapolitan way, using sourdough for the base, and cooked in traditional stone ovens at 500 degrees. At Sano Pizza they make the traditional, softer style pizza with chewy crusts and delicious flavours.

The dough is made on site daily using only four ingredients of flour, water, salt and yeast, and fermented for a minimum of 48 hours. The pizzas are then stretched by hand, topped with authentic Italian ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds at 500°c in the ovens, all the way from Naples.

The brothers have created Sano Pizza to provide an authentic, fast and quality product to the people from and visiting Dublin, at an affordable price. Located in Temple Bar, Sano Pizza has become one of the busiest places in the city and is a must visit for anyone looking for pizza made the Neapolitan way.
