The Roastery Café

The Roastery Café is situated in The Java Republic Roastery which is the home and brand house of the world’s first purpose built carbon neutral coffee roastery. The Java Republic Roasting Room showcases itself to The Roastery Café customers through large ceiling to floor windows. Every aspect of the roasting process can be seen.

Venture along the impact corridor and see the full impact of the roasting room. You will be surprised to see coffee being measured out for roasting, master roasters roasting coffee, beans turning from pale green to a dark chocolate glossy brown and the roasting oven door opening to pour freshly roasted beans into the cooling trays dramatically with smoke and the noisy crackle of the beans.

The Roastery Café is an attractive café dining experience open to anyone who loves good, fresh food and delicious coffee, tea or chocolate drinks. Our food is carefully chosen to reflect our philosophy in supporting Irish grown and locally obtained products, prepared in our kitchen to give you the best quality, seasonal foods.

The menu includes a large variety of home made soups, freshly made sandwiches, with a variety of different breads, ciabattas and wraps and seasonal salads hot and cold, and tasty hot meals. And for those who enjoy something sweet, The Roastery Café serve pastries, muffins, scones and cakes.
