Irish School of Cheese

Come on a journey through the history of Irish cheese and farming, while tasting a selection of Irish farmhouse cheeses. Experience an array of cheeses handmade on Irish farms by cheese makers who have honed their craft over many years, while putting the land, quality ingredients and animal welfare at the centre of all they do.
The Irish School of Cheese's expert cheese monger will select a bespoke cheeseboard to suit the customer's taste, matching it with fruit and preserves. They will talk about the story behind each cheese, how it is made, its flavours and anecdotes about Irish farmhouse cheese making, Irish food culture and history.
Groups from two to twenty can be catered for.
