The Secret History of Gay Dublin | Walking Tour

Saturday, 15 June 2024 - Saturday, 6 July 2024
About this event
The Secret History of Gay Dublin Tour is all about seeing the city in a new light.
Some of the most central figures in Dublin's political and cultural history were gay: some were heroes, others were villains. This tour is about their stories and the story of a rebellious and scandalous city.
Same sex desire has always been a part of our history and for many years its been deliberately ignored. This tour aims to show you some of the most beautiful and interesting places in the city and uncover their secret queer history.
The Secret History of Gay Dublin is open to everyone and everyone is encouraged to come along!
