Seapoint beach is located just outside Dun Laoghaire in County Dublin. It is a very popular swimming destination with locals and has toilet and shower facilities.

Seapoint beach consists mainly of large rocks and sand and is most suitable for swimming at high tide. At the north end of the beach there are a few slipways and steps with hand rails which lead into the water, making it accessible for all.

Swimmers are advised to take care when swimming at the south end of the beach, as the water can be quite shallow with hidden rocks.

Seapoint Martello Tower is located at the north end of the beach and was part of a network of 28 sites that were built to defend Dublin from Napoleonic invasion in the early nineteenth century and is a protected structure.

The beach is lifeguarded during the bathing season and more information can be found at the noticeboard located at the beach.
