If you are looking to take some time for yourself, or slow down and connect with nature, My Community Space – Forest Bathing is for you. This practice, also known forest therapy, allows you to open the door of your senses and engage with the healing powers of nature.

During your walk, you will be offered a number of invitations which will help you to deeply connect with nature. All invitations are meant to bring you to a place of peace, stillness and connection. The benefits of this practice are endless, and your guide will share some of them with you. The walk will end with a tea ceremony. Make sure to dress comfortably for the weather and wear suitable shoes for the forest walk.
