Each day SOLE Seafood & Grill’s culinary team, led by Richie Wilson, prepare dishes with great passion and care to enhance their pure and individual flavours. Among these are fresh oysters, salmon and lobster from Ireland’s coastal waters, Peter Hannan’s award winning Irish beef and Calvisius Caviar, one of the most exquisite delicacies in world cuisine.
