Jhon Douglas is a Brazilian musician, visual artist and performer, born in Rondônia, in the Brazilian Amazon and based in Lisbon since 2016.
His work blends music, performance and visual arts, creating a unique language shaped by experimentation and Brazilian popular song.
With influences ranging from Tom Zé and Itamar Assumpção to Alceu Valença and Elis Regina, Jhon Douglas is an artist constantly reinventing himself.
On October 1st, Jhon Douglas lands in Dublin, bringing his solo show to the city for the very first time.
