Join us for a chat about ideas while having a pint. Meet new people, learn about new things and try something different.

Join Dr Carla Mateus, Lecturer at Maynooth University and former Met Éireann researcher, for a fascinating look at climate change and Ireland’s extreme weather from heatwaves and storms to changing ice sheets and coastal environments.

One night could be about Dublin history, cult movies, or the psychology of personality. Another could explore black holes, political movements, philosophy, true crime, science fiction, or the weird side of human behaviour.

After each talk there’s a live Q&A, drinks, conversation, and a chance to meet new people who are curious about the world.
