Festive Food Demo with Chef Ross Lewis

This festive evening promises culinary inspiration and expert wine pairings, while supporting the Belvedere College Access Programme (BCAP). Ross will showcase his expertise with tips on creating delicious food for the festive season, while James will be on hand to recommend perfect wine pairings to accompany the dishes. On the night, Ross will be incorporating some produce from Belvedere College’s Urban Farm.
With bubbles to start, wines to taste and exciting raffle prizes up for grabs, come along and join the Cairde Committee, Ross and James to kick off the party season in style.
