In the heart of Georgian Dublin, between The Shelbourne and The Merrion Hotels, ELY Wine Bar & Restaurant provides a relaxed experience centred around wine, seasonal food and warm hospitality. Guests can enjoy anything from a glass of wine and grazing plates to a more indulgent evening of dining in the bright Georgian dining room or atmospheric cellar bar and restaurant.

The wine list focuses on organic, biodynamic and sustainably produced wines sourced from family run vineyards around the world. Seasonal menus are led by Chef Lucas, who blends his Japanese and Latin American heritage with the best Irish ingredients. ELY Wine Bar & Restaurant also have the options of private dining or group dining experiences.
