Tipperary Banquet in conjunction with Roly's Bistro - Launch of Tipperary Food Tour Book at St. John's Hall, Ballsbridge

As part of the 2019 TASTE THE ISLAND PROGRAMME
Roly's Bistro Ballsbridge and The Tipperary Food Producers Network present a TIPPERARY BANQUET at Saint John's Hall (New private venue space under Roly's Bistro Management) Clyde Road, Ballsbridge on Friday, October 4th., 2019

Roly's Chefs Paul Cartwright and Hugh Hyland will collaborate with Tipperary Food Producers Network creating a stunning menu to launch The Tipperary Food Tour Book created to use as part of a Food Education Program for Primary Schools in County Tipperary.

THE KEY AIMS OF THE PROGRAMME INCLUDE:
To educate primary school children in Tipperary around a number of core concepts.
Provide an understanding of how food is produced.
Provide an understanding of where food comes from and its provenance.
Educate children in relation to the importance of good nourishing food through experiential learning
Introduce children to artisan food production.

Reception & Dinner showcasing the finest of Tipperary Artisan Food & Drink Produce with surprises on the evening.
