The Hot Stove Restaurant recently celebrated its first birthday after one of the most successful openings of 2013. A recent stint on Masterchef combined with rave reviews from The Sunday Times and The New York Times is testament to the calibre of this stunning restaurant.

The Hot Stove is nestled in the basement of Numbers 38 & 39 Parnell Square West, Dublin’s Original Georgian Square, making it the perfect place to wine and dine with family and friends.

Joy Beattie is the Head Chef and Owner of The Hot Stove and strives to bring her years of experience to this North Dublin eatery. The dishes created by Joy are a step above and beyond what is being offered in Dublin today. This can be seen in her mouth watering dishes which include Wild Boar, Seared Turbot and Stuffed Quail to name a few.

The Hot Stove Restaurant retains many of its original features from Georgian Dublin. An old stove oven glows at the heart of the restaurant giving you a truly comfortable and warming experience while an amazing private outdoor courtyard ensures dining al-fresco is a real treat. The courtyard is simply stunning and is the perfect place to relax and catch the sun.
