China Sichuan Restaurant
The China Sichuan Restaurant in County Dublin, was originally founded by David Hui. The restaurant quickly became a beacon of authenticity in County Dublin's dining circles. By partnering with the Chinese Ministry of Culture, Mr Hui was able to bring highly trained Sichuan chefs to Ireland for the first time.
The same spirit of innovation and invention lives on today with David’s son Kevin Hui who leads a restaurant with an impressive reputation. China Sichuan Restaurant regulars return time and time again to enjoy restaurant favourites which include, the wasabi prawns, the Dan-Dan Mian poached noodles, the Haozan black sole fillets, spicy Typhoon king prawns, the Chong Qing chicken or the pan fried monkfish.
The China Sichuan Restaurant has elegant and stylish décor with friendly and welcoming staff.
