Rosedale House is an exceptional example of a magnificent 1862 Victorian house, with many original features still in place. Fully modernised and refurbished in the last three years, the main house has five double bedrooms, sitting room, formal dining room, kitchen, large bar, nightclub, home cinema, glass sun room, formal back garden and car parking for up to one hundred and fifty cars. There is a formal walled garden and an additional four acres of informal gardens.
Rosedale House offers five double bedrooms in the main house with additional accommodation in our courtyard cottages. It is set on six acres by the sea, Killiney beach is less than a minute’s walk from the house. Travel by car or suburban railway link in twenty five minutes to Dublin city centre. Catering and butler, housekeeping are available on request. Two of the main bedrooms are en - suite, one other has a full bathroom and the final two have half baths ( shower rooms ) Facilities also include TV in all bedrooms, D.V.D players, a dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen facilities, stereo system, home cinema, etc. The two cottages in our courtyard have three double bedrooms each and all have en - suite facilities. Each of the coach houses have been magnificently designed by our interior designer. They are comprised of a sumptuous sitting room, kitchen / diner, three en -suite bedrooms and laundry facilities. Facilities also include TV in all bedrooms, a D.V.D player, dishwasher, microwave, stereo system, etc.
Using the N11 from Dublin when you get to the Loughlinstown roundabout, take a left for Shankill. At the next roundabout, make a right turn into Shankill Village, go through the village and at the mini roundabout turn left on to the Quinns Road. Go to the end of the road and around a right hand bend. Pass the tennis club on your right hand side and Rosedale House is the third gateway on the right behind the black wrought iron gates. Using the M50 from Dublin or the airport, take southbound exit sixteen for Cherrywood and Louglinstown. Travel straight through the roundabout and turn right at the second set of traffic lights ( on the flyover bridge ) This turn takes you down onto the N11.
