Concerts & Gigs

Liverpudlian music maestro Jane Weaver is a doyenne of British music.

Weaver first came to prominence as part of the Britpop band Kill Laura, and that taste of success led her into a long and fruitful career of tearing up rulebooks and making truly experimental music.

Since then, Weaver has pushed her unique form of psychedelic Americana, a freak-folk sound that is not quite of this world. She’s even been known to write fairytale books to accompany her albums.

This tour is in honour of Jane Weaver’s latest album, Modern Kosmology, a perfectly barmy record featuring vintage electronics and Weaver’s ethereal and otherworldly voice.

Don’t miss this one of a kind artist as she unleashes her strange and perfectly formed folktronica on the Workman’s Club. There’ll be absolutely nothing pedestrian about this gig.
