Booking Conditions

1. Please note closing dates for receipt of completed order forms for publications.  All advertising bookings must be made on enclosed order forms.

2. Special Offer discounts above only apply when advertisements are booked at the same time.

3. Payment for 50% of total cost of advertising booked to accompany Booking Form.

4. Balance of payment is required within 30 days of invoice.  A surcharge is applicable for each month thereafter.

5. Advertising paid in full at time of booking is entitled to a 5% discount off cost of advertising.

6. Advertising space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Should the space requested by you be unavailable, you will be advised as soon as possible.

7. Only Dublin Tourism members can be promoted in our publications – please contact us for details.

8. Please note deadlines for receipt of finished artwork in publications.  Artwork needs to be supplied by due date or we cannot guarantee inclusion in the guide.  Should artwork not be received in time and we must go ahead and print the guide without your advertisement, you will be charged for the advertising space you requested at full price.

9. All cancellations must be made in writing.

10. If you cancel your booked advertising space at any time, you will be required to pay for the advertising space at the full rate if we are unable to reallocate this space to another advertiser.  Whilst we will do our best to reallocate this space, Dublin Tourism is under no obligation to do so.

11. All advertising content supplied by you will be subject to the approval of Dublin Tourism.  We reserve the right to decline an advertisement for publication at any time.

12. Dublin Tourism will supply proofs of display advertisements before printing. We will endeavour to accommodate any alterations by you at the proofing stage but will be under no obligation to do so.  If there is a cost involved in making certain alterations, Dublin Tourism may need to be reimbursed for the costs incurred.  You will be advised beforehand of circumstances where this is applicable.

13. Supply of finished artwork is preferable for advertisements in publications - see particular advertisement specifications required.  Should no finished artwork be available and you wish us to make up an advertisement for you, Dublin Tourism may need to be reimbursed for these extra costs incurred.  You will be advised beforehand of circumstances where this is applicable.

14. Dublin Tourism does not guarantee any particular date for publication of guides.   Any date given by us will be deemed purely indicative.

15. Dublin Tourism shall have no liability for any errors and omissions in any advertising copy supplied by you.  Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accurate reproduction of the advertising copy supplied by you, Dublin Tourism will not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions by us, which do not arise directly from our negligence and default.  In such an event, our liability to you will be limited to the cost of the advertisement paid by you.

16. Any advertisements costing €500 or less must be paid for in full at time of booking.
