Jimmy and Ian, two middle aged Belfast men are meeting tonight for the first time. They have a shared past. They need to talk.

Quietly is a powerful story about violence and forgiveness.

The Abbey Theatre is proud to present this new play from Owen Mc Cafferty, making his Dublin debut as part of the Great Irish Writers Season.

Starring two of Ireland’s best loved actors Declan Conlon and Patrick O’Kane and introducing Polish actor, Robert Zawadzki, Quietly is directed by Jimmy Fay, Associate Artist at the Abbey Theatre.
