PictureHouse return with new single and launch date.

Irish popsters PictureHouse have announced details of their new single “Hello” which will be launched with a gig in The Village on Wexford Street in Dublin on February 15th.

Best known for the summer hits “Sunburst”, “Heavenly Day”, and “Everybody Loves My Girl” The newly reformed and new look group have been putting the final touches to their as yet untitled album which is due out in Spring 2013.

Produced by Adam Kviman, It’s the first PictureHouse record since “Madness Sadness and Gladness” in 2002.

On their impending return frontman Dave Browne said “We’re so excited at getting back in front of a Dublin crowd again, all the songs are still in great shape with a new lease of life and new material to die for, it’s great to be back, we’re the best we’ve ever been.”
Live favourites for nearly a decade PictureHouse toured relentlessly with the likes of The Corrs, The Saw Doctors, Runrig, Meat Loaf, Mel C, Texas, Bon Jovi, The Divine Comedy, Fish and Big Country and famously played to over a million people in 1999 earning countless rave reviews and plaudits along the way.
