The National Wax Museum Plus is an interactive visitor attraction, located on Foster Place, just off Dame Street, in the Temple Bar district of Dublin City Centre.
The museum is housed in the Armoury Building, previously the home of Ireland’s gold bullion and arms stores.
The museum is an original visitor attraction, which has been designed to deliver an interactive experience, taking visitors on a journey through Irish cultural heritage. There’s a Children's Fantasy World, featuring all of your favourite cartoon heroes and a Science & Discovery Zone, Ireland's only dedicated tribute to our top scientific inventors, a green screen video room and a fully functioning recording studio. Also, a multitude of life like waxwork characters can be found at The National Wax Museum Plus.
Facilities include, puppet show, time vaults, recording studio, interactive science exhibition and the recently added Chamber of Horrors, located in the basement of the museum.
