We’ve scoured the land and seas for the finest fish and primehouse beef and we have cut out the middle-man to bring Lobster, Fish and Prime Cuts to the masses.
The freshest fish and shellfish is delivered to us daily. We buy local fish from Trawlers along the east coast and Canadian Lobsters from the Bay of Fundy.
Our 55 days dry aged steaks are supplied by our Dublin based butcher Patrick sources our beef from a small group of farmers in the South Leinster area. These local farmers practice excellent husbandry. They feed their livestock only the best of grass and grain and administer no artificial growth promoters, additives or preservatives. Our beef is processed in Leinster, where the animals are handled in the quiet environment of a small farm abattoir. They are kept in small pens and do not mix with other animals which can cause them stress.
We want to bring Lobster, Fish and Prime Cuts to the masses by providing our food at value such as a whole 1LB Lobster with Fries and Side Salad for €20.
In our ongoing attempts to create Dublin’s best cocktail bars to accompany the restaurant, we’ve poured through our library of long out of print cocktail books to resurrect some great long-lost classics. We’ve also added some of our own, invented by our award-winning bartenders. All are made with the finest ingredients available (and a lot of love).
We are located in the affluent village of Donnybrook which is 20 minutes walk from Dublin City Centre.
