You will receive a warm welcome and friendly service at the Blue Bar in Skerries, north county Dublin.
All food is prepared and cooked on the premises using fresh ingredients. All dressings and sauces are homemade, their desserts created and their bread baked in the Blue Bar kitchen.
Blues' Favourites include their Signature Grilled Lobster Dish, Gambas Pil-Pil, Bang Bang Shrimp and Dublin Bay prawns. Seafood is fresh, mostly sourced locally from Skerries Harbour, whenever possible.
Beef is 100% Irish and is fully traceable.
The Wine List is carefully selected and comprehensive, cocktails are a speciality - house favourites being Bellinis, Cosmopolitan and Summer Breeze. There is also a range of craft beers in addition to a full range of beers and spirits.
