can this not be made avaliable for two girls?

2 floor house with a front and back garden, not much of plants though but there are pots. The back yard has a small cabin to keep BBQ tools. The house has a big living room with TV, DVD and video players, kitchen with all the standard utilities except dryer but as additionals we have toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, water boiler, microwave, oven, and blender. The room that's available is a double room with a lot of storage places like drawers and built in wardrobe. It's only for a single female however. Rent is 475 EUR excluding utilities and utilities are to be shared equally among 3 tenants. There is a friendly Irish man and a nice and techie Romanian girl living there. There is wireless internet there also. The room is available from 21st of Aug and you can meet the Romanian girl on 20th of Aug just to see if you guys get along. The viewing and meeting the landlord and the Irish guy flatmate can be arranged before. Very near a bus stop with buses no. 16, 16A, 41, 746, 3, 33 and another stop a bit further for no. 13A and about 20 min walk from Drumcondra Stn. You can contact sofswle@gmail.com to arrange viewing.
