My sister and I are hoping to bring our Mum to Dublin in november. She has had a stroke but is moderately mobile - she can climb a few steps but has difficulty getting in the bath so needs a shower. She has an electric scooter which we hope to bring with us. We would like to be fairly central. Any recommendations?
