For over 30 years the members of Coolmine Musical Society have been gripped with the fever of the ‘Musical’. The group has produced numerous Musicals from the rambunctious Pirates of Penzance, the scheming Merry Widow, the joyous Oliver, and the dark and scheming Sweeney Todd, to name a few. In ‘Mad about Musicals’ Coolmine celebrates the very best of the Musicals, delighting in the old but also looking at the new. Keeping an eye firmly on its future, both in repertoire and in performers, the group will be joined by some of the younger members of the community
