2012 and 2013 have been a busy 2 years for trumpeter Rick Swann. With appearances around the UK, Europe and USA on stages such as London's 'Royal Albert Hall', Belfast's 'Odyssey Arena' and as lead trumpet onboard RMS Queen Mary 2. This March Rick is embarking on a new venture, 'Satchmo' promises to be a sensational Theatre debut showcasing the iconic life and music of world renowned jazz musician Louis 'Satchmo' Armstrong.
With a line-up to include renowned jazz musicians such as John Trotter (trombone) and Gay Mclntyre (clarinet), as well as a richly talented rythm section, this show promises to be a night to remember.
