First Thursdays Dublin
First Thursdays offers you an extra opportunity to visit exhibitions, attend cultural events and experience some light-night culture on the first Thursday of every month, when art galleries, cultural and creative spaces extend their opening hours into the night.
Fancy a bit of company while you gallery hop across the city? Hitting a different gallery hub every month, Thursday April 4th tour is meeting at Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA) at 6.00pm
The Little Museum of Dublin (FREE entry!)
& Alliance Francaise
At RHA, Ruth Carroll (Exhibitions Curator) will walk through several shows exhibiting currently including ‘Skin, an artistic atlas’, ‘Recent Paintings’ by Billy Foley and Richter and Polke’s ‘Works on Paper’.
The tour then moves on to The Little Museum of Dublin where the First Thursday’s Tour group is generously being given FREE entry!
We are finishing up in Alliance Francaise on Kildare Street for the last opportunity (closes April 4th) to view Shane Lynam’s photography exhibition ‘Contours’. This show explores residential landscapes in Paris and will be introduced by Director, Philip Milloux.
As always, the tour is free of charge!
