The festival mission is to bring the world's biggest and most famous party, the Brazilian Carnival, to Dublin. This will be Dublin's first large Carnival party with bands, drummers, samba dancers, and DJ's providing the entertainment. Capoeira will be the first act on at 5.00pm in the Garden. There will be a Miss Carnival Ireland competition starting at 8.00pm hosted by Principal models and judged by TV3 and RTE talent scouts, the co-owner of Miss Ireland, and leading model agencies. There will be the best of Brazilian food and drinks available at the event including a Brazilian BBQ and snacks as well as Caipirinhas and Brahma - all at excellent value. The venue will be decorated colourfully and will create the traditional Carnival atmosphere.
As Carnival is the main event of the year and attraction in Brazil this promises to be our biggest and best event yet! With such a large Brazilian community in Dublin this is another excellent opportunity for Brazilians to show off and enjoy their culture.
