OPEN DAYS AT DUBLIN’S TOP ARCHITECURAL SPACES
Take a tour of hidden Dublin - open doors that should be locked, prise open shutters to views rarely seen and step into rooms you never knew were there.
From the 4th-6th of October, 100 private buildings throughout the city opened their doors to the public as part of the International Open House Programme.
This experience let attendees discover a Dublin that is as mysterious to the locals as it is to everyone else - 100 private buildings opened their doors with the help of the Irish Architecture Foundation.
And it was fairly all-encompassing too - from long closed Georgian town houses to the modern spaces in the heart of the city.
Over the course of the weekend, there were special tours organised by hundreds of professionals and enthusiasts alike, all of which were free.
