Ha'Penny Flea Market

The Grand Social on Lower Liffey Street hosts a weekly Indoor Flea Market every Saturday from 12 noon till 6pm.

We all love a good rummage. The chance to happen upon the some flair from yesteryear, a dog-eared find or a bargain we can boast of to our friends. The Ha’Penny Flea is all of this and more. And what’s better it’s indoors so a flea for all seasons. Every Saturday between 12pm and 6pm,  The Ballroom is choc-a-bloc with brica-brac as well as a welcome platform for budding artists and designers to sell their wares to a discerning audience eager to spot the next as well as bag a bargain. Anyone who doesn’t get a thrill from pawing the sleeve of some treasured release by the likes of Fleetwood Mac is telling a lie. There’s Dottie and Pearl ‘upcycled’ Vintage, Salty Philip and her fab illustrations and the Magpie’s Nest antique jewellery to name a few. Shabby chic has never been more coveted as a term and weekend pursuit.
