Sol Art Gallery
One of Irelands leading commercial galleries, Sol Art Gallery was formed in 2003 to cater for a large audience of art lovers.In early 2010 Sol Art Gallery relocated to Dawson Street, one of Ireland’s grandest retail boulevards, to cater for its growing interest, where it now operates its nationally and growing internationally artists.
Sol Art Gallery exhibits the work of exciting painters & sculptors from around the world.
The gallery is centrally located between Ireland's Houses of Parliament, Trinity College & Dublin's main shopping district Grafton St. Sol Art blends a regular gallery exhibition list throughout the year with a global Art Fair itinerary.
Sol Art Gallery represents the acclaimed artists Jimmy Lawlor, Katarzyna Gajewska, Aidan Harte, Rimi Yang, Gerard McGourty, Kevin McAleenan and Martina O’Brien, Liam O'Neill, James Brohan and many more.
In 2011 Sol Art Gallery held six major exhibitions within the gallery on Dawson St. Sol Art also took part in the AAF London in Spring and the AAF New York in Fall of 2011 along with Art London in October, the Edinburgh Art Fair in December & The Bloomsbury Art Fair in July.
In 2012 Sol Art Gallery participated in the AAF Battersea, London in spring, The Glasgow Art Fair Scotland and will hold a central position at Art Source 2012. In June 2012 Sol Art co-hosted the inaugural Dublin Biennial.
Sol Art Gallery also participates in First Thursday which is a group of galleries and creative spaces that stay open late on the first Thursday of every month.
