Bruxelles ground floor bar has the feel of a traditional Dublin pub with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and very reasonably priced drinks for the Grafton Street area. The upstairs bar features Dublin blues bands during the week or a selection of contemporary and classic rock & roll. Bruxelles opens till 1.30am during the week and 2.30am during the weekend, which makes it a very popular bar in the city centre. So get there early on a weekend night to get yourself a seat.
Bruxelles is a very popular bar with Dublin's rock fraternity and features two bars downstairs that cater for late night carousing. The Zodiac Bar plays a menu of Northern Soul, classic rock and funky jazz music. While you can bask in the sheer '70s glory of the Heavy Metal bar with all your favourite rock hits blasting out of the sound system and a selection of pretty hardcore rockers filling the seats. You may notice a disturbing similarity to a “Wayne's World” movie without the irony but the Heavy Metal has a reputation as a portal to a great nights drinking.
