With accreditation from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, the school’s dedicated wine education division, Dublin Wine Academy runs wine appreciation courses. Fun filled and team based Group and Corporate events are bread and butter for Cooks Academy with frequent visits from corporate, incentive and gastro groups from both Ireland and abroad.
