The Chameleon Restaurant, Temple Bar, is run by husband and wife team Carol Walsh and Kevin O'Toole.
Founded in 1994 the Chameleon specialises in Rijst-tafel (8-10 dishes) allowing you an opportunity to taste many flavours from the spice islands. All dishes are prepared fresh daily in our kitchen and supplied by small local artisan suppliers, are free range and fresh from the markets. Our only imports are spices from Indonesia.
Chameleon has won many awards, including Bridgestone 100 Best in Dublin 2008 and Becks Best in Temple Bar.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting and casual enough to slip off your shoes and settle into their now famous opium tables.
Carol and Kevin are supported by a strong team of kitchen and floor staff who will ensure that your visit is a memorable experience and one you will want to repeat.
