Situated in the heart of Dublin’s city centre in Crown Alley, Temple Bar VCC is Dublin’s newest and best kept secret (open October 2012). Spread over three floors, the stylish venue plays host to Dublin’s nightlife elite serving up the largest selection of signature cocktails Dublin has ever seen, along with a delicious selection of small plates, inspired by the 1920’s.
The cocktail menu has been devised by leading mixologist Gareth Lambe, with VCC’s cocktails rivalling some of the best bars in the world. Mixed with the finest spirits, fresh fruits and juices, the menu will include a selection of forgotten cocktails such as The Millionaire (a mixture of Gosling dark rum, sole gin infused with hints of apricot and lime), along with a selection of VCC’s signature serves such as The Chaser, (a combination of marmalade vodka with hints of cranberry, plum and chocolate along with light citrus and sweet notes). VCC is so inspired to serve the best cocktail possible, they have even chosen to serve its own frozen ice, which will be hand carved to control the dilution of your cocktail!
