Making lovely fresh food goes hand in hand with keeping an eye on our fellow man and the environment. As (hopefully) a force for good in the community, we encourage our customers to enjoy good healthy delicious local foods. We also aim to meet all our customers dietary requirements and label all our hot dishes accordingly and we carry and promote a gluten-free range of products.
Our coffee and tea... are sourced from ethically responsible growers and our coffee is roasted right here in sunny Dublin.
On the environment, we believe in meeting the needs of this generation without compromising the next. So,our Grüb isn't just good for your tastebuds - it's good for the environment too.
We use recycled paper board packaging. And when we need something sturdier, we use recycled corn or bio-plastics. As for ingredients, we use as much locally grown produce as possible - fresh veg, seasonal fruit, the highest quality meats - supporting our own farmers and growers.
Which means no unnecessary flying in of foodstuffs and no nasty carbon emissions.
Our paper packaging, napkins, sandwich boxes, etc., are 100% accredited recycled and biodegradable.
