Since opening nine years ago, Diep Le Shaker has become synonymous with authentic Royal Thai Cuisine in sophisticated, stylish surroundings. Head Chef Bradley Stoward displays a great passion for Thai Cuisine which can be seen in our signature dishes. To ensure authenticity, ingredients are flown fresh from Bangkok each week. Service is always invariably charming and solicitous.
Diep Le Shaker is also proud to be the first Thai Restaurant in Dublin to be awarded 'The Mark of Quality for Excellence in Service and Cuisine' from The Royal Thai Government.
The restaurant also features an impressive wine and cocktail list, which is at the forefront of the Dublin Cocktail scene. In November 2007 their Head Bartender, Colin Hutton, won the Ketel One 'Ultimate Irish Cocktail Bartender's Challenge' in Amsterdam.
Despite being surounded by competition, it's rare to find Diep Le Shaker with a table spare and one would be advised to book in advance so as not to be disappointed
