Our food is made with the very best of ingredients, all prepared fresh daily, and using 100% certified Irish chicken and meat. You wont find any freezers or microwaves in our kithcens.
All our meats are carefully marinated overnight, grilled and chopped on demand each day, ensuring that all our meat in your burrito is fresh and tender.
Our veg supplier delivers our tomatos, lettuce, onions, pinto & black beans and avocado each day and they are prepped on site by our team.
Finally, our Mexican Spiced Rice and Salsa are put on the stove and cooked gently for 3-4 hours, to ensure that all our ingredients get to the rolling process as fresh as possible in front of your eyes.
